1.Check-in: Please present all passengers passport and pay the room fee when you checking in.
2. Room check-in time: 15:00 ~21:00 (please inform in advance if you have special needs).
3. Check-out time: before 11:00 am
4. The hotel does not provide breakfast.
5. Please check in according to the number of people for the room. There is no extra person or bed service.
6. All flammable and illegal substances are not allowed to be brought into the hotel.
7. Smoking and cooking are prohibited in the whole building. If the violation is found to be true, it will be reported to the relevant unit, and will be fined accordance with the Smoke Hazard Prevention Law. And there also will be 20,000 yen charged for hotel cleaning fee . ※Please close the bathroom door when you taking bath to prevent the water mist from triggering the smoking alarm.
8. In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, pets are not allowed to stay in the hotel. Sorry for any inconvenience .
9. Partying, gambling, drinking, taking drugs or engaging in any illegal activities are prohibited in the hotel , and those who violate the law will be dealt with by the police.
10. Please take good care of your personal valuables, hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
11. All damage to the property of the hotel due to human factors, full compensation shall be paid.
12. Please return the key to counter when you check out. If the key is lost, you will be charged 2,000 yen.
13. In order to ensure the privacy of you and other guests, please close your door at any time.
14. Based on the principle of safety, the hotel has the right to enter all rooms where the "Do Not Disturb" has been on for more than 24 hours.
15. From 21:00 pm to 9:00 am, you need to press the password to enter hotel. Please ask the front desk for the password.

If you need to change the towels, please inform the front desk. If you stay for a long time, we will clean up the garbage and change the towels on the third day. If it is not convenient for the cleaning staff to enter, please let us know.
